For Asotin County Cemetery District #1 Vineland Cemetery
- Flat stones are not allowed to have Bishop hooks or otherwise as it interferes with mowing operations.
- There is to be no planting of flowers or shrubs or trees by the Public.
- All lawn care around headstones and markers is to be done exclusively by Vineland Cemetery Groundskeepers.
- Fresh flowers are removed weekly as they obstruct mow path.
- Memorial Week: fresh flowers are allowed for one (1) week: at that time the crew will go through and remove them.
- Anyone wanting to have services, place stones or makers must check in with the office.
- There is to be no glass or ceramic containers or other breakable objects placed on any headstone or maker in Vineland Cemetery.
- Small American Flags placed on makers will be disposed of in the proper manner.
- Vineland Cemetery is not responsible for lost or stolen articles places on headstones or markers.
- There is no salvaging in dumpster.
- There is to be no Digging of small trenches or ditches around any headstones or markers in Vineland Cemetery due to erosion issues.
- Hooks have to be removable for grounds maintenance. Suggestion heigh is no taller than six (6) feet.
- Any placement of complicated apparatus needs prior approval of Ground Manager due to liability issues.
- Flat stones must be ground level.
- There are no “Green Burials” in Vineland Cemetery.
- There will be not two (2) services going on at the same time in the same sections as it results in major confusion.
- To have Saturday services, the Cemetery needs to be notified by the end of the business day on Thursday (2pm).

- There is to be NO FOOD allowed to be places on any marker or stone.
- What can go into each Plot:
- One singe burial
- One single burial and two Cremains
- Four Cremains per one plot
